Hello lovelies,

It’s been super hot here and I made a very delicious, healthy and super simple ice cream recipe. You want to give it a go? 🙂 It’s really good, no nasties, no added sugar – just fruits and yoghurt! <3 How amazing is that? Ice cream doesn’t have to be this loaded with sugars and calories guilty dessert! Why not make it yourself in under 5 minutes? Yes, you heard me right, it’s really simple and you only need 3 ingredients! Check out how to make it in the video 🙂

This recipe is: gluten-free, sugar-free & insanely delicious! 

Serves: 2

What do you need?

2x 125g Organic Yoghurts

1 cup of frozen berries

Stick blender

Honey, to taste (or Maple syrup)

How to make this insanely delicious meal?

  1. Add 1 cup of berries with tzo yoghurts and start blending them together.
  2. Once done, top up with honey and put it in a lovely bowl
  3. Enjoy and relax! 🙂
