04 Feb The ultimate HEALING checklist

So I decided to do smtng I haven’t done in years: and that’s go back to blogging. Just for the sake of it. And just for the fun of it.

And since I’m going through a process of healing (I’ll share more with you about what it is in the future posts), I made me The Ultimate HEALING checklist”.

And then this checklist grew and grew, and I thought to myself: “OMG, ppl really need to see what I’m doing, I know at least ONE person in the world could really benefit from this!”

Maybe you’ve been struggling with your health (chronic illness, or mystery illness) for years and feel like you’ve tried absolutely EVERYTHING.

As one of my mentors would remind you: “If you’ve tried everything, you would have achieved it already” (or you know,s mtng along these lines, by Tony Robbins). So this is one of the reasons I’m creating this – it could be ONE tiny thing you have missed, or didn’t even know about.

Just like me when I was starting out on this heal yourself journey, 10 years ago – I healed myself of sciatica, chronic gastritis, UTIs, kidney infections, chronic Candida and many more. It wasn’t overnight and every year I learn more about my body and myself.

And my body started reminding me that smtng was off in December, and then in January it started screaming cause I wasn’t listening. Brushing it off, and continuing with my life. So here I am – going through these gorgeous reminders (and actually implementing them!) that I would never be able to share, haven’t I gotten through all of the shitstorms myself.

And did you know I used to teach and coach on Healing from the Inside Out?

Besides teaching coaches, healers and lightworkers how to make MORE money by working less and crafting a business into their FUN adventure, I LOVE the topic of healing from the inside out – when all else fails or when your disease keeps on coming back. And I’ve studied the topic thoroughly – I still do!

So now, when I found myself and my body out of balance, it was time to put these into place again. And actually implement them – cause just knowing what helps you without implementing them isn’t actually making any difference in your life, is it?

And the fact is, if I need to hear this and learn more about this, I know there are several of you who need to know about this too.

Otherwise we’d all be super healthy and happy πŸ™‚

Wanna know what I decided? πŸ˜€

So I decided to start writing my blog again cause ti’s FUN for me AND I get to help someone in need – a win-win in my case. I created this Ultimate Healing Checklist that I”ll be sharing with you step-by-step so you don’t feel overwhelmed. It’s gonna be kinda like a Blog series. Are you excited about it? πŸ™‚

I’ll share ONE step towards healing at a time, and once it’s all done, I’ll create a beautiful summary so you can have a beautiful overview of everything in one place – and love, pls share with me any questions, insights, AHA moments or your increased health as I go along. This is what drives and fulfills me the most, and I always love to hear from you πŸ™‚

Oh, I’ll also share some of the books and documentaries that are a MUST watch and all the other goodies along the way. I’m so stoked you’re jumping on this journey with me πŸ™‚

Are you ready? To dive deeper than ever before? Wanna share your wins/challenges with me? Or just wanna see how I do biz and what silly stuff I’m up these days? Find me on Facebook or IG under ‘Tina Suklje’ πŸ™‚

P.s.: I’ve NEVER created anything like it before and I’m SO excited wihihiii  πŸ˜€
