Hello lovey healthy eaters,
Today’s recipe is a super simple, delicious and healthy smoothie that will boost your immune system to the roof top! It is amazing for supporting you, especially when you have a cold or flu, and need fresh vitamins. Since it contains ginger and horseradish, it is absolutely wonderful an will work miracles if you have stuffed nose or blocked sinuses. Or if you simply like to drink it as a delicious form of preventative medicine 🙂
This smoothie is a simple and effective way to support and enhance your immune system and open up your blocked sinuses with just a couple of ingredients. It’s best to have it in the morning during your breakfast.
What do you need?
– 2 tangerines or 1 orange
– 2 big chunks of pineapple
– a dash of fresh cut ginger
– a dash of grated fresh horseradish
– 1 tbsp. organic raw honey
How to make this immune booster?
Simply cut all of the ingredients into bigger chunks and place them into blender. Blend until smooth. You can always add additional fruits, if you wish to do so. Fruits and vegetables that would go really well with this combination are also kiwi and spinach.
